Refund and Exchange Policy – Artemis

At Artemis, we want you to love your purchase. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or doesn’t fit well, we’re open to discussing a refund or exchange.

Refund Policy

If you would like a full refund, you will need to return the item to our agency in Brazil, where it will be assessed for eligibility. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. In some cases, refunds may be negotiated depending on the situation.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be in excellent condition, as received.
  • It must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that we only refund the product price—shipping costs are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@useartemis.uk.

Damaged Items or Delayed Shipping

If your order arrives damaged or if it has been delayed for more than 30 days, we will issue a full refund upon verification of the issue. Please provide proof (such as photos or tracking updates) when contacting us.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, you can return it following the refund process and place a new order once your return is approved.
